Springfield Team Lead: Kassie Seyer
Kassie Seyer brings a unique combination of artistic expertise and operational excellence to her role as Springfield Team Lead. With a Bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre and five years of event experience, Kassie has established herself as both an Elevate-Certified™ Exclusive DJ and accomplished Energy Architect.

As both a certified DJ and professional vocalist, Kassie offers clients hybrid entertainment experiences that seamlessly blend live performance with expertly curated playlists. Her background in theater, vocals, and dance brings an additional layer of showmanship and precision to every event she orchestrates.
Kassie’s journey with Elevate began as a bride-to-be seeking entertainment for her own wedding. After experiencing Elevate’s exceptional service firsthand, she joined the team and has since become not only a top-tier performer but also the company’s Team Lead for Springfield, overseeing all events and performances.
Kansas City Team Lead: Ian Lee
Ian Lee assumes leadership of Elevate’s Kansas City operations, bringing 3.5 years of experience as an Elite DJ and Energy Architect to his expanded role. His unique background—including being one of 14 siblings—has equipped him with exceptional crowd management skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences with ease.
