For events booked well in advance, we’ll schedule a 90-day check-in call with you to touch base. This is an opportunity to revisit your vision, discuss any changes or updates, and ensure your event entertainment package still meets your evolving needs. We’ll also start to brainstorm music ideas and refine your event timeline.
45 Days Before The Event
Meet Your Entertainment Team
As your event approaches, you’ll meet one-on-one with your dedicated event DJ, Event Host & MC. Together, you’ll dive into the finer details of your celebration, crafting a personalized entertainment plan that reflects your unique vision. We’ll discuss everything from music choices and special moments to interactive activities and guest engagement strategies.
14 Days Before The Event
In-Depth Planning Session
This is where the magic happens! You’ll collaborate with your DJ & MC to finalize every detail of your entertainment experience. We’ll dive into playlists, create a detailed timeline, and brainstorm interactive elements to ensure every moment aligns with your vision. By the end of this session, you’ll have a concrete show plan, leaving you feeling confident and excited for your event to come.
Day of The Event
Meaningful Celebration
On the day of your event, our team will arrive early to handle setup and ensure everything is perfect. Your DJ will arrive at least two hours before your guests, ready to create an atmosphere that exceeds your expectations. We’ll manage every aspect of the entertainment, allowing you to relax, enjoy yourself, and create memories of joy and connection that will last a lifetime.
