A Health And Safety Note To Our Elevate Family

We are keeping a close eye on current affairs related to COVID-19. Our clients and their loved ones are absolutely our highest priority and it is important for us to strike a balance between helping to create once-in-a-lifetime events and protecting the guests that are present at those events. 

Yesterday, the CDC issued a recommendation to postpone all events with more than 50 guests in attendance for the next 8 weeks (until May 11th, by our calculations). While we, too, are dismayed that our social situation has come to this, we also understand that it’s critical to protect those around us. Because of this, we want to make sure you are aware of our commitments to you as our client.  

Our Commitment To You

First and foremost, Elevate is absolutely committed to the following: 

1. If your event is still on, we will absolutely be there to deliver the incredible experience you hired us for! 

2. Should you choose to postpone, we’ll honor all the money you’ve paid for a new date up to one year from your original event date.**

3. Honoring you. You are still our highest priority. We’re committed to being flexible and working with you to get things back on track so you can still have the event you envisioned.

Health & Safety Measures

Additionally, we are committed to working to reduce direct contact and risk with the following strategies:

• DJs will refrain from games or in-event activities that require direct contact 

• DJs and Selfie Mirror hosts will have hand sanitizer on-hand for you and your guests

• Selfie Mirror hosts will wipe down photo booth screens and props after each use with antibacterial wipes 

• All team members can have consultations or planning meetings via phone or video call to meet your preference

• All team members will actively search for creative solutions to make sure your event is incredibly fun, while reducing overall exposure

“The current situation with COVID-19 is certainly alarming. At the time of this writing, it isn’t clear whether or not we have a cure or vaccine ready for deployment to stave off COVID-19. Some parts of our world are currently on complete lockdown, crippling economies and impacting lives dramatically there. 

If you know nothing about Elevate, we are simply not a company that believes profits are the only goal of business. First and foremost, we are people in a world filled with other wonderful people. We choose to gather the facts and recommendations by government officials and leaders, then respond to that information in a way that encourages, uplifts, and protects the community around us, especially our employees and clients.
